SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to accurately represent our products on bydurance.com. However, colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings.
All Durance condoms are CE certified under EN ISO 4074 and independently tested. Product descriptions are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Durance reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Cancellation requests after an order is accepted may not be accommodated.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding indicating the contents. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates only. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 6 — REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all Durance products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at bydurance@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. You do not need to return the product.
Please note: for hygiene and safety reasons, this guarantee applies to products that have been used and found unsatisfactory. We are unable to process refunds on orders where no issue has been experienced.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on bydurance.com, including trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, video and audio, is owned by Durance or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Durance name, logo, slogan "Durance doubt. Worry less." and all related branding are trademarks of Durance. You must not use these without our prior written permission.
